I walked out, asked for a refund and got it. But honestly, this is a +13 age experience, not for babies and the parents should be asked to be help up to the same standards as a person who owns a phone. I would understand it better if it was a G rated movie. The movie was a PG movie, Wakanda Forever. Why in the world am I expected to turn the volume on my phone OFF and the light DIMMED when people can't control their children and the cinema will do nothing to improve the experience of the others? While the older children were restless, they were not disturbing anyone however the baby would not stop babbling and crying. The family next to us had three children ages 1.5, 5 & 7 about. Everything started out just fine, ordered food and the movie was about 45 minutes in. I am very disappointed with the experience tonight.
